Barb has absolutely no synergy with cata3…lol
Pelt just makes sense, and makes you well rounded. S3 is one-dimensional a bit.
Also remember, stun chance is halved, the attribute to slow is not halved.
Also, I don’t need help to level up at a faster pace at all. I have a lv148 pet and gear passdowns and reserves from another swordie.
No one said anything about Cata3…
I did say Pelt is the best choice multiple times. I also said S3 has its drawbacks so we finally agree on something.
This makes no sense because you need to stun first before the slow kicks in.
I stated brand new swordies, not twinks. A new player with limited time going Sword2>Pelt will have a high chance to reroll or even uninstall as they won’t have our luxuries.
Nobody mentioned that. I said highlander has synergy with spear users. Maybe you meant that? It’s to the point where I would remake my character if I hadn’t gone highlander. The synergy should be obvious, yet I haven’t seen a single person use it or even mention it.
You’re not going to manual block in PvP. 25% block is nothing compared to Stone Skin. Dex Archers will have no problems getting past 18% evasion, so will Clerics with their spells/buffs, and of cause Mages with their spells. So the only thing they are actually good for is Swordsman vs Swordsman dueling.
But since you value those over max Restain and Pain Barrier, to each his own.
The way i look at it you may not manual block all that much in PvP but it should still be useful in certain cases. But ya if it really doesnt work i would try my hand in another class since i dont like swordie without block. I feel naked without it lol.
