Give back the compensation

No seriously.

You have given almost 90% of the playerbase a half-token earlier this day, all of them hoped to use it, all of them are more enticed to actually play the game, and most of all they we’re more tempted to STAY.

Everyone gave each other a pat on the back, thinking that they we’re all rewarded because they we’re given these luxurious gifts, they thought that the god from the skies has finally noticed them and they we’re given luxuries for their faith.

except that you took it away from them, instead of serenading them and giving them more reasons to stay, you have alienated them instead.

What you did was unintentional, it was a mistake, and we understand it, somebody ■■■■■■ up, we get it, but you should have taken the responsibility and the consequence of it, dont just take the easy way out, it doesn’t mean that you lost, we lose too.

If I worked at a fast food chain and accidentally gave customers more than what they paid for, I’m not supposed to take the extra ■■■■ out, technically I can, but that makes me an even bigger ashole doesn’t it? No. I ■■■■■■ up, the extra ■■■■ will come from my pocket.

Don’t get me wrong, I could not care less about a 15 day token, I’m pretty much stacked for a few months anyways, what I do care about is this ■■■■■■■ asspull IMC did, what they did will not help the declining playerbase we’re experiencing now.

One could argue that it was a compensation after all, how about after this, no more compensations from now on? instead create events that we all could participate it. instead of us wanting you to ■■■■ up for you to listen to us

someone is mad about free stuff

I don’t get it…

No. Compensation shouldn’t be given to anyone that doesn’t deserve it (aka not banned). It should even be removed from people who claimed it, if technically possible.

Only bad move from IMC was to try and hide the issue altogether, should have just mentioned it in the news. As if the players wouldn’t realize this or they had enough staff to remove all threads that pop up about it.

I get you’re mad, OP, but I hope you’ve realized like I did that it was never meant to be for us in the first place. As mentioned, it was for the players undeservedly banned.

Sure, it makes you feel like a deflated balloon right now coz the compensation included really great items, but yeah, there’s the truth right there.

Player B complains about why they’re missing $2000 and demands it back

You forgot the part where he points out that Player C stole $2000 and got away with it and that’s it’s unfair that he doesn’t.

now what imc really did was take the extra stuff out of the burger and then gave it to someone else who didn’t even pay them

nah, if you were able to claim the items from the compensation, i highly doubt you would honest enough to willingly request for your items to be taken away

You underestimate me then. I’d actually not claim the items in the first place and instead ask the support if it isn’t a mistake that they gave them to me because it doesn’t say anything about it on the news. I rather not risk getting banned for bug abusing. Have enough money to buy a token per month myself, especially with the halved price it’s no longer prob for me.

if so, then why does this thread even exist in the first place?

That happened to me before and I had 1000 dollars that shouldn’t be there and I wasn’t told why it was there nor did I ask. I spent a little bit of it and later on the bank noticed and removed it and I had to pay back what I spent.

That’s an injustice there. Sure there is merit in the claim that the the bank only retrieved money that wasn’t yours in the first place. The problem is if you didn’t realize that it wasn’t yours and inadvertently spent some of the money leading to you having to pay for it later. In this situation the bank is culpable but unwilling to bear any responsibility for mistake on their part.

You must think I’m the OP but I’m not.

OP is this you?

That situation doesn’t apply, obviously that teen was aware that he received money that he shouldn’t have and tried to exploit the situation. How many teenagers get 31k out of the blue?
