Bug Description :
Just here to remind the staff that the Party Quest bug is still very much unresolved. I’ve seen probably 3 threads of this instance already and it still hasn’t been resolved since the last maintenance.

The bug still occurs when there is a Party (not sure if being solely in a party of 2 contributes to this bug), and despite having the same or is sharing quests, one will always get stuck (the one that doesn’t start the quest) and it only seems to happen to quests that has a cut scene.

Try as you might to log off and log in back. Your party member will be just doing the quest and you won’t see them anymore until they are done with the quest.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Be in a party, share quest or not
  2. Let either you or them start the quest
  3. You get stuck or they get stuck
  4. Enjoy getting stuck and not being able to fight back or use any of your skills.

Quest with member in a Party dosent work

For those who wish to play through this. There is currently a inconvenient work around (until the devs get off there ass and decide to fix it.)

If you are in a duo just have one person off screen, they will get teleported and it will work fine. Triggering tele is the key to not getting stuck during cutscenes. But it means u have to anticipate cutscenes or play with the mindset of:

One person accepting all quests at a time (incase of any cutscenes), and then both finishing all quests and have one person turn em all in first (to trigger cutscenes).

Its very troublesome but it works… No clue about 2+ parties. havent tried.

IMC probably won’t fix any bug that will fix itself after kToS merge.

I am having the same bug. Also, when my partner solve the quest by herself, I am still stuck…I use change character to get unstuck, probably can just switch channel.
