Well I think it’s reset at that rank too.
As my simple Falcon at R7 SR at R6. cut out SR. can replace with Falcon C2 or not? can we see Falcon in class advancement? lol.

but they got IMCed because they can choose only
archer3,ranger,sapper,hunter,scout,rogue,fletcher,sr(again)…

Still limited to 8 ranks though unless the rank reset broke which can happen.
and proc the 3rd circles into 1 rank.

Still there might be limitation to 15 points of skill… into consideration
this is bad omen for any dex build, but good omen for STR rogue 
IMC will most likely do that, they will make so much $ off stat reset.
I have 2 stat reset pots just in case they do that.
Fletcher-mergen here. I’m now using 3 yellow gems in my bow (from 3 reds), and I must say I’m very satisfied with the results. Thanks.

I’m so glad I picked r7 yellow gems x 2 back then, because I realize archer relies mostly on multi-hit skills, so flat crit damage might benefit us more.
The DLC package is until December only so except Santa IMC before or after Christmas with a surprise for us Dex builds :smiley
