base mod already multiply = lvl10gm*10 = *2. only gm card/split arrow is base mod right now.

skill mod is final after that. no need to calculate for more confuse.

ex base 1000 skill base 1000 crit dmg 1000 skill mod 300% attribute 100

red gem lvl10 = 580 average = 290 gm card lvl10*10 = *2

((((1000+1000+290) *2) *1.5)+1000) *3 *1 *1 *2 = 47220

yellow gem lvl10 = 870 gm card lvl10*10=*2

((((1000+1000) *2) *1.5)+1870) *3 *1 *1 *2 = 47220

it’s 47220 = 47220

same as i calculate with out base/skill modify thing.

Do it with the full range instead of average. Put a Max and Min Average on that.

liek 2000~ 3740 now after you get the full damage. Calcuate the average of the range.

red gem lowest
((((1000+1000) *2) *1.5)+1000) *3 *1 *1 *2 = 42000

red gem highest
((((1000+1000+580) *2) *1.5)+1000) *3 *1 *1 *2 = 52440

it’s 42000-52440
52440+42000 / 2 = 47220

now how much is this is with 3 gems.

red is 42000-73320 avg 57660

yellow is 57660

I can say red gem not suit for skill mod type like snipe because it will over cap.

but red gem no need to scare something like pain barrier

both yellow and red. 1 range for red will do and yellow flat.

You still crit through pain barrier. It just shown as white.

Over capping is good. It doesn’t matter it just means you spend less on attributes or you don’t need to spend as much on the next update of damage cap.

The only issue if, they do come out some one with high crit resist and letting miss that one crit your bonus are off target.
Which most did not consider because they have a chrono “bot”.

well it’s clearly yellow is better than red a lot(if 100% crit). this time it’s draw because lvl10gm card*10 is active. If it not active it will be different story.

So you notice why i say the general builds Yellow.

Exception where you have absurd power of str running rouges etc because those builds are the one that doesn’t guarantee 100% crit and even in most of our builds we aren’t 100% crit on ourself, but we are 100% crit with chronos.

So it actually differ base on class combination and party combination.

btw isn’t skill mod addictive. so a 300% skill mod will mean x4? @_@

No. 300% in T1 mean change default to 300%

Oh regarding to the point you write on T1 and T0. I think i wrote it misleading i was just using Covering fire “150%” as a example not in actual fact.

I actually still prefer red though :joy: for covering fire. Since, damage flying all around is more amusing to see.

Differs from people to people. Some people do like enjoy gambling damages. If you can pull that off and with 85% crit (normally alone) it’s more worth while with red.
Especially if you are using 8 glass mole and in future 10.

Else yellow definitely will be a more practical for general usage . it is very consistent through out.

There is also something i am wary of well that is the future. Stat revamp and future mob crit resist. It makes Dex/Crit rate in a bad situation…

There is still no sissel v2… and solmiki set only gives you as much as roflpanther 2 set + sissel x 2 + max peta gives…

Stats revamp… I still think DEX suit for archer class. Maybe we will scale with Dex more then scale with STR after revamp. (maybe only wugushi/rogue/hakka scale with STR)

If I choose SR at rank 6 and Falcon at rank 7 . I reset SR. Do you think I can choose Musketeer/Cannoner/Falcon C2 or not.

That may be the case
I highly think archer Dex is more worth while as well due to various level bonus.
It actually give us a choice of not using green at all and ramping out more damage.

Regarding the reset. It might be the case of Circle reset( if it is Circle reset) most likely it means you can only reset that Circle ( R6 for example to another R6 class or a continuation class that is already on R6).

Unless IMC suddenly get good at coding or give us a Flex pick it might bypass certain class composition like picking scout at rank 3 and picking something else later. ( I doubt so though…)
