Now i’m afraid
…
People may have regarded me as a ‘troll’ but I’m mostly just someone who voiced my opinions and whenever I disagreed with someone, or someone disagreed with what I’ve said, they held lifelong grudges against me. I’m not sure why? Maybe they just found it difficult to argue against me but typically if someone ever made a clear and valid point, I would change my own opinions because I try not to cling to stupid ideas. Like I used to think class reset was bad, I ended up changing that view. I used to be 100% pro-Tree of Savior, changed that view.
Perhaps my changing viewpoints over time made me appear trollish since I wouldn’t cling stubbornly to a single idea. 9 times out of 10 I’d be reading a bunch of posts by people on the forums and, over time, I’d be silently changing how I felt about certain things. Then I would make posts contradicting what I said in the past which probably threw people for a loop lol.
The most trollish I tended to get was if someone posts garbage I tend to reply with stupid meme photos since spending time writing walls of text to someone who’s stupid is a considerable waste of time, but they do understand meme images.
So despite being called ‘troll’, I really didn’t consider myself one at all. This Maflores guy is what I’d consider a troll and I can’t recall a time where I’ve acted like this.
Ok, let me explain something to you: This is a forum, and the COMMUNITY doesn’t care if you’re leaving or not. You’re just a player, nothing else and that’s it. Just imagine if everybody who leaves, creates a post to say “bye”. Just look at how stupid you sound.
Hasty generalization alert.
Nice protip btw. Apparently you consider an opinion as an argument~
I understand what you mean. It’s actually quite tragic that I made this post actually not caring what people felt.
I’ve watched every good bye thread posted so far fill up with toxic cancerous trolls spewing their diarrhea all over the faces of the people who say they are leaving.
Therefore I was plenty aware of the cancerous humans these posts attract. But I still made it anyways knowing full well haters would flock to jerk each other off and people like you were to come to tell me to “stfu and leave”.
Why? Cuz let me put it this way… You have the freedom to post your cancer all over my thread right? You can continue to write anything you want here because this is your human right to act as toxic as you want to. It was also my human right to post this goodbye thread to let the few people who I enjoyed my time with here know that I’ll be fading away from this community.
So therefore you are exercising your freedom of speech to tell another person that he or she does not have the same freedom as you do simply because you do not like what this person wrote.
Think about that… or you can continue to be toxic and showing everyone that you have no point here but are, in fact, just a troll.
Since you don’t seem to understand, let me simplify it for you:
There are responses here that clearly indicate at least some of us care.I am one of those people,so I appreciate this post.
Also:
##Stop trying to speak for the community.
Again, you’ve been here for a day,and you’re being hateful for absolutely no reason. If anyone doesn’t care about anything,I’m pretty sure it’s you as opposed to Flan. This is a forum, you’re right about that. Some of us have been in this forum for a long time and have grown close to others who have been here for a while as a result. So naturally we care when they leave.
Everyone has basically been doing this lately anyway. Most just want to voice what they feel is wrong with the game and what drove them to leave. If the staff actually paid attention, that would be valuable data to them.

Nice to meet you
You don’t even know who i’m, stop saying “you’ve been here for a day”. If i was, that wouldn’t make any difference.
I get tired of threads like this personally. They happen on every MMO forum and its usually filled with the following responses:
If you’re going to leave just leave
Bye/Cya (insert meme)
Can I has your stuff?
Link to a youtube video of the song by Queen- Another One Bites the Dust
And the occasional I’ll miss you
I noramlly don’t participate in threads like this but I will miss you Flan Flan. You provided well constructed posts and view points from an open minded point of view. That’s rare on the toxicity that is an MMO forum. Anyways goodluck IRL and in your future gaming experiences.
If your definition of an argument is merely a dictionary one, wow you are one sad panda.
Thanks for proving further that BRs are cancer.
By all means, please tell me then. And it would make all the difference, actually. Then I would know that you have a better sense of this community,IMC Games, and Tree of Savior in general.I would know there’s actual experience behind your words.
If that’s all you have to take away from my posts, then clearly you have nothing worthwhile left to say.I would suggest taking your bitterness elsewhere, because it’s not wanted here.
No, the definition is what you created on your mind, you’re right, sorry about that.
You’ve never been to a real debate, haven’t you.
I accept the apology, though. Can’t be helped if people are intellectually challenged.
Guys. He’s not even very good at trolling. He’s the kind of troll who will selectively pick out what he replies to and ignore the valid points against him.
This kind of troll preys on your stubbornness and, the more stubborn you are, the more he is fed. These trolls tend to have near bottomless stomachs.
The only way to counter a troll like this is to simply “give up” and not reply to them anymore.
Who…?
…
Well… this is sad. I can’t say it’s unexpected though, but you’re of the few reasonable people around here. You’re not a troll, even if you try, your answers might just be a bit too rational for that. You do have an opinion and a sense of irony, and a good deal of sarcasm that has come up when it’s needed the most.
Upside is, if you’re going to lurk around in the forums, even if your posts diminish in quantity, I won’t miss you because I never met you in game xD
Losing one of our most -human- members of the community is no fun, and I mean that unlike the many incredibly unidimensional characters around here. You’re still flan anyway. A quite human flan.
Anyway… Good luck on your next quest, or grind, if you’ll be coding too much. Do check around every few months for any meaningful update, you might be surprised, or at least have a laugh at your hopefulness.
I mean, I don’t blame anyone for naturally losing interest in the game. For some, they may have bought into the hype without realizing that this is their type of game. And for others, the management seems all different types of screwed up and unfocused- which is whoops, a direct characterization of this game’s progression.
If it’s not your type of game, the ofcourse you’ll burn out faster than someone who knows what goes on in it. Personally I’m still here, but I know that the game’ll change in time
. People aren’t giving the game enough credit in that regard especially when people expect rushed results to be flawless and dynamic.
It’s being a toxic unconstructive waste of space that has people annoyed at threads of people going into Haitus. Especially since the bulk of them are exactly the same: In that they seldom talk about what brought them here in the first place or what they actually enjoyed.
As for you Flan, you’re a pain. But that good pain. And your cynical nature will be missed…I mean, if you don’t poke fun at other people on the forums like the majority of people.
