No lol, just hyperbole. People are complaning crops are missing or getting destroyed but later changed into more forgiving tone after learning they can share instead of stealing. Now we are required to protect it or hide it, like it was supposed to be. IMO they should just let the bug in there.

Plants are getting stolen from owners now. Someone could interact with a plant, keep the dialogue box open, and then just wait for the timer to end and take it from the owner.
