Plants are getting stolen from owners now. Someone could interact with a plant, keep the dialogue box open, and then just wait for the timer to end and take it from the owner.

ToS(both kr and jp ver.) is under NEXON, got no doubts NEXON overlords get some kind of rights in making decisions for the International version too.
