First things first…
Monster experience:Okay.
Loot: Okay.
Gold: Okay.
Weapon enhancement: Okay.
Quests: Don’t like em but… 
Basically, grinding in the game is okay… but there is something that should be thinked over… First one: Number of fields: Sorry if i am wrong (I am actually level 31, not hard griding since the beta will reset my character…) I think that there should be more than one field for a level range, let’s say… until now i only saw like… ONE FIELD FOR LEVEL 16? I think that not only for grinding purposes but also for update ones… there should be more same level fields with different monsters. But then here it comes… more of the same? I think that there should be also more equipment, ( I think that the equipment variety is fine… but there should be some major diversity.). Why i say this? Because i am a free spirited player. I would like to feel that freedom that i don’t feel in most games (Except Table top R.P.G) and i think that i am not the only player that shares this idea, basically, i think it would be right if this game could be good to both kinds, quest players that want to grind fast, and free ones that does the things their way.
Classes: Okay.
I only find it strange that i receive less CXP than XP… But… no problem with it.
Experience cards: I think that those should not be removed… i find it quite useful in a number of ways (Example: I’m fighting a strong boss, but i started the fight with 1/2 of my Health bar… After some fighting i see that i am no match for this boss, even if he’s with 1/3 of his life… but then i use the XP Card to level up and restore my health…)
And the bosses… if there are story only bosses that you only fight ONE TIME, then there should be at least some field MVPs…
