The way IMC have responded to this matter is absolutely POOR imo.
By the looks of it, multiple people have submitted a ticket and with this thread growing reaching 70 posts soon, I canโt believe the lack of communication.
I personally donโt suffer from this bug, but couple of my friends are. Both have sent in a ticket, only to receive automated responses and advised that they wait for the next maintenance.
Here is this weeks patch note:
No solutions have been posted under bug fixes, let alone the fact that they havenโt even confirmed nor mentioned the bug. Just because only a minority of people are suffering from this bug, shouldnโt mean it should be prioritised less. Bugs like this should be addressed with urgency. Iโm honestly hoping everyone has their token time extended for the disruption caused and have reasonable compensation.
PLEASE provide some sort of an update to this issue.

Its the May 2019 update. I got fixed after updated to this one 
it did not work I have the latest version and build for windows 10 since last monthโฆmy client was fine even after the hotfixโฆ unfortunately yesterday around 6am server time(after 6 days from hotfix patch)โฆ it start to give me issueโฆ i believe its server side problems
Iโve already done that. In fact, I hadnโt cleaned and updated my computer so exhaustively as I did over the course of this week. Unfortunately, nothing that I do seems to fix the issue. I continue to experience the same freeze whenever I change map/switch channels. Itโs regrettable.
Iโll wait until next maintenance, and will uninstall altogether if itโs not fixed by then.
New patch has been fixed but the window mode is getting smaller > the display card needs to be stronger
The second situation.
Seems fixed to me. Can everyone report whether they are able to play normally now or not? Additionally, can we have a member of the staff tell us what caused this, if they know what it was?
Just confirming. Issue is fixed now for me at least.
