Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : keybaord (K95)+ joypad(ps4)

Bug Description :
When trying to enter a server, an error message occurs, saying “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

This happen after I entered the game but the screen is freezed, so I forced close the client and re enter. The server is no under maintenance, my friend are playing :frowning:

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in to Tree of Savior via Steam
  2. Try to enter a server (All 4 don’t work)
  3. Error pops up: “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

because they want to release F2P so they’re starting to block your region… i bet one of the players here have TOS version for their own country like japan or indonesian…

Im already sent ticket since 3 days ago after i get this email from support team and until now I still didn’t get any news or update for this, already waste 3 days for not able to do dungeon/mission because of this, please check

Same thing happened. My account was fine 6 hours earlier prior to ban wave.
My team name also did not appear within the ban list.
Please do clarify what happened. I also have sent a ticket already.
