Which class is better for a Full/High DEX build?

Both benefit from high dex, you will just need to deal with weapon lag swap with Musketeer more than Canoneer as you can always equip cannon since it is off-hand
Canooner = AoE burst
Musketeer = Single target burst

You might ask again for your next post so here is some possible path that I think suites that high dex build of yours.
A3 - mainly because of kneeling which adds damage
Sa2 - for your AOE, traps can crit
X - either Falconer - AoE booster or Scout - PvP utility or Rogue - double broom trap or your choice
Cannoneer/Musketeer - high base damage class, so you want to always crit.
actually you can go A2>R>X>F3 full dex as high base damage of Fletcher skills. There is a famous Korean video for this circulating around. look for it.
but its really up to you and your play style.

Do you think A3 worth taking or not? I heard from my friends that Twin Arrow is so OP.
Also wanna ask if Archer is an AoE or Single type.
I do not own A3 so I cannot confirm with twin arrow.
Basically you can build any class in between just ending up C1/M1 or F3.
just get A2, to benefit more with +25% crit rate from swift step.
Sa2, Wugushi, SR, Cannoneer - are the class the has decent AoE
Falconer + Musketer (Covering Fire) is also decent AoE too.
Archer3 + falconer is good making your MS becomes great AoE skill.
so maybe A3>Sa2>Fal>Cannoneer build is good for you.

i don’t get it why “there’s nothing to do”, and its vacation, you should go out! my sister’s family is also having vacation here in the country that I am currently residing, so I cannot play ToS as fck!

any builds are viable.
if you get A3, dont get kneeling because you cant kneel while mounted.
I’m not A3 too but regarding AOE since I have Falconer C1 with circling lvl5 and Multishot lvl 10. you’ll probably enjoy seeing fountain of yellow 4digit damages.
twin shot isn’t OP. This skill has decent dmg work well as dps filler when high dmg skill still on CD and has +50%bonus vs cloth.
kneeling shot has slightly synergies with skills that don’t deal instant dmg eg. DoT, Traps or skills deal dmg on ground.
