Is fletcher good at cleaning the 130 DG? if so which skills should I focus on? Is divine machine arrow good, for this purpose?
nope, i got a fletcher and trust me this is not a good farming build
go for scout 3 or SR if you want dungeon clear.
For 130, QS3 SR2 and Scout 3 are what you are looking for.
Fletcher can still perform very well at 145 dungeon if your barbed arrow is strong enough to 1-shot most enemies, but something like Scout 3 will still do a much better job.

hopefully it will be easier with Fletcher/Mergen (I hope).
Fletcher doesn’t have strong AoE. You could use crossfire but it is not very good.

fletcher is only good for wb, sucks compared to other classes at everything else.

it makes me wonder how is it that crossfire got 150% base damage modifier and a much higher base damage than split arrow (like 2k) but still not as good as split arrow
probably because it locks you in place and very hard to aim at groups of mobs, split arrow is kinda smooth
