I decided to check Tree of Savior’s web site about some good changes, thinking maybe I should give it another try. When I came to web site, I was greeted with fullscreen banner, which was screaming about “Rank Reset Voucher”.
“Nice” - I though. Finally IMC doing something similar to what I wanted and said in one of my feedback topics. Finally I can change my class now instead of grinding all levels again on new character and enjoy the game 
Some dates mentioned “December 27, 2016 until January 24, 2017”. I was surprised O_o that it is limited instead of 1 permanent one and giant fullscreen banner didn’t mentioned any date, so some players won’t be able to enjoy/profit from voucher. “That’s unfair” - I thought.
“Oh well, it is 22 jan now, 2 more days to go and I will be able to use it” - I thought. I’ve read all rules for using it, updated steam (U_U), game itself. As always game met me with broken resolution screen, I logged in and found…no voucher. After more reading it seems that voucher itself was limited to jan 17, not 24 (24 is for attributes).
Sooo…there is no voucher and your fullscreen banner, IMC, is a blatant lie. So instead of giving another chance to you, I say to you, IMC, “f@ck you” and I won’t support your game.
If you’re still interested in suggestion, though I bet you won’t (experience and time showed it), you better include dates on your giant fullscreen banners if promotions/offers are limited, so people won’t waste their time and take their hopes high.
