FPS Limit Isn't 60 Is It?

Just out of curiosity, the FPS Limit isn’t locked to 60 is it? Only reason I ask is because from all the videos I’ve seen, that’s what everyone plays it at…however, I have a very high end system and don’t intend to just sit at 60 unless that’s what the game is locked to…(I have an 144hz monitor).

Anyone have any inside info on this?

Seems fps locked, might be just vsync that people didn’t turn off for all we know though.

No fps is not locked at 60, I can get 120+, there is a vsync option though if you want it.

Vsync will lock the fps, as far as i know the game dont have locked fps, unless they changed it on the new version.

Not this again… Tales of Zestiria’s steam community all over my mind.

I don’t have a answer to you. But I’ll play this even in 2fps with bosses in city 1st CBT feels.

Okay, bye bye.

And chill @Excellence

@Dunia i dont know your problem with communities, but if you cant even ignore a subject you arent confortable its better you stay out of the internet. And by your answer, you are one of those that only came to play out of curiosity, i doubt you will report a bug or glitch.

His question is pretty much normal not only here but on other games, i do remember people complaining about FPS lock on The Crew if im not mistaken and there was other game also with that.

I don’t want to post more than necessary, and this is going way offtopic.

I don’t have that problem. I said that I haven’t a answer to his question.
I posted only my opinion about this whole subject. Doubt then.

Topic solved so… I have nothing more to do here.

That is what i was going to ask but there you go.

Why do you want more than 60fps? Just asking.

Good question but Answer useless anyway : Why would you want more than 60 FPS ?.. Consum more electricity ?

Not that is perceived by the eye, but some people want to see if it goes beyond the limit because they paid for something that should provide that, and it depend on how optmized the software is also, but ToS do work fine so far so it should reach what he is expecting for.

Really? People still hang onto that bullshit? xD

Its not a question of bullshit or not, if something you paid, be it cheap or expensive, promise you something the minimun you gonna do is test it out to see if it was worth or not, psychological, honestly i dont care much about that, i myself dont use vsync because imo that ■■■■ never worked the way it should have.

Anyway, its their stuff they do what they want with it and no one have a thing to do with it, he asked something that it is problematic sometimes, who wants to play under 60fps anyway, i sure dont, but i cant ask much on my laptop, mobile versions of geforce arent that great anyway, but at least run what i play without a problem.

You Just said eye can’t perceive past 60 fps. That’s what I’m debunking.

Im trying to see where i didnt express myself right, but oh well, lets leave as it is, the main question was answered so no harm done.

Your screen is 60 Hz.
Stick to 60 FPS. More is pointless, your GPU will work for nothing.
Your screen is please insert a useless but higher number than 60 Hz.
Stick to that number.

END. OF. DISCUSSION.
