All the video shows is that SovietHammer has a Nulis equipped in his hidden equipment slots which can only be accessed by Hook64.

you will lose a lot of player base if you aren’t quick and strong about abusers/exploiters/hackers in the community as a whole.
there r a community of these users just mocking each of these reports every time they get away.
the video is private. Unless it made public I would be very sceptical.
We know soviet has a +21 weapon but I have inspected him many times and never saw things in hidden slots ( i do have the mod)
