Are you aware that 1000 ms is the equivalent of 1 second and you are whining about a 0.13 second delay. XD

France : 101ms. Playable in pve but for me it’s so bad, can’t DPS correctly with this. And for PVP it’s completely unplayable.

If we are gullible please enlighten us, tell us what is the real state of our ping with proof if you may. If that isn’t an option, you may explain what “ping” really is and if you can’t do even that, well then just mind your own business because you have little to persuade us with.

The server IP won’t be 54.88.25.242.
However, the ping should give a good estimation, as it points to an amazon server located in the same area than the one used for International release.

i got 85 ms from the UK. what is a good ms?
As I mentioned in my older post, there were several servers from icbt2 that were stored in our file “serverlist_recent.xml” (see my above comment for formatting).
I ran a ping test on all of them and only Laima returned a value, meaning the other servers were not active, but the server Laima was, and has been in use ever since. I checked the ping requests when one of the steamapp updates hit and it looked favorable.
So, while it is an assumption, it is still a very solid assumption, because Laima was not always up by default but was brought back online which gives us a pretty good sign.

Averaging 165ms from Japan. I’m going to assume based on an observation of other replies (and by the companies adherance to that time zone in their release times) that the servers are located on the US east coast.
Could be better but hey, good enough.
You’ll have around 400ms in game then.
My ping was 160-190 to that IP during iCBT2 and in game I had up to 600ms.

You’ll have a bit higher than 280 ms ping in the game, I’m sure. But 800 ms ping seems a bit of an extreme extrapolation
