Does anyone know the best stat ratio for Fletcher?
2:1? 3:1? 2:3?

Ahh the big stat debate. I have been researching this as well. I have seen so many comments that range from full STR, full DEX, and mix of STR/DEX.
Doesnt fletcher spam skills like crazy ? wouldn’t it be better to invest in SPR instead of dex ?
Since fletcher spams skills so much, a higher crit chance would benefit you more since you would, by probability, crit a lot more in a given period of time than other classes in comparison with the same amount of DEX, so DEX is definitely important to Fletchers.
Full DEX is not worth it though, because you want critical attack from STR. I think a 2:1 DEX to STR build would be appropriate, and if you want a 1:1 build where you subsititue green gems to make up for the loss in crit chance that would definitely work too.
I have seen one A2 R2 F3 go mix of str and dex, but higher dex.
