which skill to choose, bodkin point, broadhead or barbed arrow?

I went Crossfire and Barbed. Not regretting it. Barbed is crazy good at killing things that count as wearing cloth. Weak against plate, however.
Up through Demon Prison grinding at 150+ I haven’t needed any con at all. So you should be fine.
