Fletcher dont need nerf.
Reason 1 - Everytime I do my 3 time dungeon. my 3k Hail Mary Arrow, 2k magic arrow. 500 broadhead arrow and 800 Barbed Arrow will down to 25%. Before I run out of arrow, I go to fletcher master and restock. It takes me 40mins - 1 hour to craft arrows and I only used it for 3 hours of dungeon.
Reason 2 - Base on my experience even you have low CD. You cant outdamage a DPS mage like Pyro, Cyro+Psy and specially elementalist.
Reason 3 - A1-R3-F3 or A2-R2-F3 are not the only build. If you feel that fletcher have enough skill try to get Utility Class. Get QS and Max deploy pavice and scatter caltrops. You can get Sapper too and max Punji Stake and Stake stockade. You can go hunter too but hunter class is so derpy. I cant recommend. A2-QS2-F3 or A2-S2-F3. You can also take another class and dont take fletcher.
Fletcher need rework.
Crossfire - have overheat and 0CD at same time. Burn damage not scale well. Need more work.
Broadhead - Bleed not scale so well.
Bodkin Point - Break only reflect shield but stated that can nullified all protective magic.
Barbed arrow - Cant hit ghost type armor.
Divine Machine Arrow - The explosion are so long that the monster die before it explode.
Magic Arrow - The signature move of fletcher XD
