For Archer, you don’t really need kneeling shot because you can only auto attack while its active, I would suggest either dumping all of those points into full draw or heavy shot. For Ranger, you don’t really need critical shot because the fletcher 0CD skills just outshine it. Also time bomb arrow kinda sucks. Leave critical shot at lv1 if you still want the skill and put the rest into high anchoring. Fletcher looks good but for me, I left barbed at 9 and bodkin at 1 to get broadhead to lv9. This gives broadhead’s DoT no cooldown and odd levels for it adds a tick of the DoT.

For Archer tree put the Points from kneeling into Full Draw 7. You can insta cast Full Draw Lv 1 w/ a tap of a button. Given you want to be a Fletcher which is a skill spammer class, Kneeling Shot will be pointless.
As for Time Bomb Arrow, yeah it sucks but it has knockdown so you can have a CC for 1 skill point I’d say it’s worth it since nothing on Ranger C2 skills to put into anyways.
