I’m not really sure why Fletcher arrows cost money to use a skill while most of the other classes don’t require anything. The huge SP consumption is bad but even after all this, I don’t mind it. What I really mind is how heavy the arrows are. Each dungeon I burn through 500-1000 arrows. I want to be able to carry more arrows so that I don’t have to go to my storage after every little encounter I do, it’s ridiculous how quickly they go by and you have to keep going back to town because you will be overweight. Please reduce the weight as no other class has to carry and use as many items as Fletcher does which is completely unfair.
ever heard of priests? they too use stuff just to buff others…
i really dont mind the consumable arrow mechanic unique to fletchers,
just fix the arrow crafting bug where you try to craft more than 3 arrows at once and it stops at 1 or 2 arrows. Its very annoying.
If you are to consume 500-1000 arrows per dungeon, I suggest you craft 250 arrows at the ready and bring 150 wood with you. That way you’ll have no problem with regards to your weight.
1 arrow = 1 weight
1 wood = 1 weight
2 wood = 10 arrows
I prefer having to craft mid dungeon than be having issues with weight.
Priests use no where near as many consumables as Fletcher. Sorry, that’s not a weight issue for Priests. You can carry 100-200 of any of your consumables and be okay for an entire day while I have to carry 1000+ of each arrow for each different skill just to be okay for 1-2 dungeon runs.
Hey jss108, fun fact! You can’t craft arrows while in a dungeon, sorry but the advice you’re giving is not possible. IF you could craft arrows in the dungeon, can you imagine telling your entire party to stop for 2-4 minutes while you craft the different kinds of arrows? People go crazy when someone is AFK for 30 seconds let alone waiting a couple minutes.
That’s the trade-off Fletchers make for having obscenely high damage with no CDs.
They don’t have the highest dps, why don’t other classes have this limitation?
Cool! Thanks for that. Don’t really run dungeons that much except for the daily Arde runs. And usually I only carry around 200~300 since it’s a boss rush.
IF you could craft arrows in the dungeon, your party should know in advance that sooner or later you will run out of arrows. Otherwise they’ll end up bringing a fletcher using ranger skills. Their choice.
Fun fact! You can now craft arrows in dungeons. You just have to tell your buddies to wait while you craft. Light them a bonfire or something.
jss108 I’m not sure what you’re playing at or if you’re informed at all in this game but as of April 14, 2016 you can NOT craft arrows in dungeons or missions. I’m not sure what game you’re playing but this is false information and please don’t spread incorrect stuff if you don’t know what you’re talking about. There is no need for you to lie.
I’m guessing you simply said the opposite of what I said because I said you can’t craft in dungeon. No need to troll especially if you’re going to be bad at it.
I just ran a level 90 dungeon less than 24hrs ago and I was able to craft arrows be it barbed or hail mary. My party was gathering on a bon fire since most of them didn’t bring pots.
Maybe I missed out a patch note or something? Is it going to take effect starting April 14? Please enlighten me.
You might want to try it out yourself first as I was able to craft just fine. You could redirect me to said official note if you like rather than accusing me of being a troll.
I’ll let you know my intentions of replying is not to troll anyone.
If you’re a Fletcher why are you in a party running level 90 dungeon? You can just solo the boss yourself if you’re their for the cube. Not sure if that’s a troll or what, you’re crafting barbed and hail mary arrows while in a level 90 dungeon while you’re probably level 145+? I suppose if you 're level 145+ running in a level 90 dungeon with a party and they are dying, I suppose it’s because you didn’t have any arrows because they weigh so much.
Anyhow, I know for 100% fact that level 145 dungeon and missions you CANNOT craft arrows. I’m going to be running the level 90 dungeon tomorrow for Arde Daggers to sell. Maybe the level 90 dungeon is an exception to the crafting rule but I know the higher level dungeons don’t work that way. That or you’re just lying and continuing to troll.
For the last time, my intention here is never to troll, ok? Moving on.
To make things clear, you did not specify what dungeon you were running in the first place thus making these things very complicated from the get go. I said I was able to craft on level 90 dungeon. Later on, you said you can’t craft on level 145 dungeon. How was I suppose to know that?
Yes, I run a level 90 dungeon to farm Arde and I run it with a full 5 man party. I do it as so because this is an mmorpg? That and I haven’t tried running it solo. I might run it solo later on now you mentioned it’s possible. Thanks for the info.
From one Fletcher to another, please don’t automatically accuse someone of being a troll especially if that someone’s intentions is simply to help. That someone might decide NOT to help you next time.
GLHF! Peace out!
You turn Fletcher at roughly level 145ish. Therefore there is no reason to talk about anything below level 145 dungeon as that is the lowest dungeon you can run to get exp from when you turn Fletcher that actually matters. Why don’t we start talking about the level 50 dungeon while we’re at it? I’m sure I will need to craft tons of arrows in that dungeon as well being over 100 levels higher.
Have you ran the level 145 dungeon yet? If you have a good party and breeze through it jugging SP potions the entire time. You go through arrows like candy. Most of the people are running exp tomes and won’t want to stop or will get mad for sitting to make arrows even if that did work. Weight on the arrows needs to be reduced. No other class has this issue, as it stands Fletcher’s cost the most to even use skills, have to spend the most time crafting materials to even use skills and have to be near overweight the entire time. No other class even comes close to this. Priests can just buy there items from NPC and be done, no crafting or real time spent and the items they do buy will last them all day or even a whole week. What am I going to do to reduce weight? Put 50 of my 300+ materials items in my inventory into storage? Nope, cause that’s already full. This issue will only escalate as characters are required to have more and more items on them but only Fletcher will be effected due to having to carry 10-50x more arrow fodder on the character compared to any other class.
Maybe you should just reroll if you’re going to complain as much as you are…
You’ll get Rank 5 at level 127. You’re not even sure about this
so how can you be sure that you can’t craft inside the dungeon?
I did say roughly and ish meaning not an exact number and even at level 127 you can still solo the 90 dungeon. If you actually read any of the previous posts you would of also read that I tested it in the stated dungeons that arrow crafting doesn’t work in the dungeons I said. Maybe you should go test it out yourself and not troll.
Troll detected, just tell everyone to quit cause everyone else is complaining on forums. Sometimes it’s better to get stuff fixed from the developer rather then go on forums and troll people and get nothing done.
Ok, let’s talk about Lv175 dungeon then. Here’s me crafting a Hail Mary Arrow for you hoping to give you graces on your future dungeon runs. Happy?
Glad to see that it works in 175 dungeon, I was baffled that you could craft in 130 dungeon, but for some reason 145 didn’t let you.
