As what I’ve know on CBT, you can buy Woods on Fletcher Master which is a requirement for Crafting a certain Arrow of your choice.
I’m not sure about now(OBT) if the Woods are still purchasable on Fletcher Master. Does anyone have the info about this? TIA!
Yes. I’ve actually asked a few fletchers I’ve met in-game. It’s still purchasable from the Fletcher Master.
