Who cares what build he was using, the rankings change every week. i was once in top 20 in battle league rankings, then dropped to 67th because I missed 1 day of pvp. Also battle league is still in alpha anyone who takes it seriously is stupid.

Nerfs on mages + Fletcher kit is something like a “mage killer”.
Divine machine arrow atribute reduces spr and int by half and magic arrow silence… If he is a hunter, even better, coursing is a lvl 10 irresistible (cant be removed) debuff
I think bodkin got buffed to remove subzero shield, so pretty much just existing as a hard counter to what was the most op skill in the game would be pretty useful.
