I booked before my friends and they consiguiram the key and I do not . I wanted to know cuz this happened. I just saw and I did all the necessary conditions.

I want a key I didn’t get a key please give me a key . when I click the beta key button it says we cannot accomodate you with a beta key please send it to me I’ve been waiting for this moment all year long .
I did everything as instructed, but did not get the key. 
Nobody can help for this problem?
