Feedback regarding generic ticket reponses

I understand the need for a response to be provided but; when you provide users with a response such as:

"Thank you for contacting us.

We’ll make sure to forward your concern regarding the quest for the class advancement for Shinobi Class to the proper department further review.

We highly suggest to engage a discussion in the forums regarding this Class Advancement Quest. Players who have already advanced to Shinobi Class may be able to help you in getting the item for the quest."

As grateful as I am for a response in general, its a serious slap to the face to suggest taking part in discussions regarding the topic. Clearly the information available on the forums was insufficient which is why a ticket was submitted to begin with…

what do you mean? information available on the forums IS sufficient.

what their reply meant was if you had a trouble advancing into a class it would be best to ask in the forums instead of expecting a precise answer for a generic question. not to mention it takes far longer to recieve an answer through customer support.

I mean it feels that the information provided by fellow forum-users isn’t as consistent in the hopes of actually trying to get said item. Given the yellow eyed flower petal is supposedly a random spawn, some theories state that the spawn timer only occurs once someone occupies the map - and then going further, people indicate the time itself is between 3~4 hours. Yet this is not conclusive and most of the post regarding the matter share similar information but it still feels very vague.

IMO their response was pretty specific already compared to giving a reply asking you to submit another ticket for information you have already provided 3 tickets previously.

Anyway if you say information was insufficient, you can post your question so the people who know can answer.

Btw, finding the information you want does not end in one click of the search function, sometimes you will sift through discussion to find what you want to know if you do not want to ask. You can also try to find for the info your looking for here https://www.reddit.com/r/treeofsavior/ or ask players in game.

Most Online game support is crap and automated…

It’ll be frustrating to get that kind of answer but support really shouldn’t answer regarding in-game information, especially considering shino is a HIDDEN class.
