Im making a secondary char because dont like so much my first one (a2>qs3>falc1>cannoneer)
Im looking for a great single target and great AoE DPS… (not burst)
So i thinking about:
a1 > qs3 > fletcher 3. (Full PVE i think)
AA from qs3 running shot + magic arrow will be a op single target
Cross fire + magic arrow will do the AoE Dps…
Magic arrow works on flying monsters?

This was one of my options before but I really just dislike Fletcher as a whole. Of course that doesn’t mean Fletcher C3 is bad. In fact, your build will do fine.
Crossfire actually has this aftercast delay and unique AOE so take note of that before thinking it’s “OP AOE DPS”.

maybe i will stay with my a1>qs3>a2>falc1>cannon for a while and see if get better with more gears.
My first build became A1 > QS C3 > Rogue C3, my main target was being a world boss hunter. Got disappointed with Rogue’s nerfs and Burrow’s misleading skill description so I rerolled.
Now I’m currently leveling a new archer, A1 > R1 > A2 > Scout C3 > Rogue1. At Scout C3 now, on my way to Rank 7.
If you’re interested in an all-purpose PvE build, I’m not sure why you’d invest so much in QS; Running Shot is a great skill but with near-spammable skills your AA won’t mean all that much. At least on Korean servers I see most people going A2-R2 or A1-R3 into Fletcher, which I think synergizes better.
Ranger C3 is only good at KR because they have the unnerfed Steady Aim. I see alot of players went Ranger C3 on iToS because it’s the popular build on KR but they ended up mostly disappointed. Some even creating a rant thread about Ranger C3 as a whole or about steady aim’s nerf.
The only time that a Fletcher C3 will have no time to AA is when the enemy are cloth-armored. Outside cloth-armored enemies, he needs an alternative which would be Running Shot.
the point is
qs3 i have one of best AA for boss battle without cost nothing.
fletcher 3 i have one of best DoT of archer tree - magic arrow…
can evaporate boss with that.
meanwhile, in a party grind… with qs3 i not so usefull, but with fletcher i can do tons of damage with magic arrow and then spam cross fire.
is all purpoise.
but i think i will keep leveling my first char to see if it get better…
i feel bad withou DoT in my build 
I think the word you’re looking for is high sustained DPS.

i looked for it:
a3 > wu3 > cannoneer
or
a3 > scout > fletcher2> cannoneer.
dont know if i can play without the QS mobility with running shot.
i dont know how good this two build can work in pve and pvp.
