Thanks for the clarification, how about a single man party if we want to complete a specific dungeon solo? can we do it without putting complications on the transfers?

i think for safety reason .just make sure u leave ALL party including single ones.
i think the main reason wasnt about pt moving with others or etc,
it might be a server based issue too and like wat was mentioned by staff julie. there we some players reporting that they cant apply becos they are in parties.
it’s just a advance step to prevent complication.
just comply and do it :x

anyway u do not need to create a party for dungeon anyway :stuck_out_tongue:
since u are after all soloing XD

@Staff_Julie Does the tomorrow maintenance include the relocation of the server to Europe/Germany (for Fedimian) or is that planned for later?

I got Trinity Sword R and was so happy that forgot about transfer and sold it. And now I cant receive money 2 days. How will this affect to the transfer?

well no, you actually NEED to be in a party to enter a dungeon, that’s why I was asking if single man parties are okay, part of the system I think.

I am very disappointed that this transfer is so sudden and information not very easily found and clearly explained on the website except an old news message at April the 15th that was hidden below other news nor is there any information that you can access IN GAME at ALL TIMES so I wasn’t even aware this was happening so soon, I think it is very unfair that you don’t even give people a warning that the time is running out for transfers because I have been waiting to get transferred to the EU server and always understood of it as you could transfer any time, plus the FAQ STILL STATES that you get a free one time transfer and it does NOT state anything like you can only transfer a specific date, screenshot added! I am going to be very disappointed if you do not accept additional transfers before the maintenance or soon after because this, like the server release (where I would have picked Fedimian in the first place if it was up) was poorly handled and the users deserve better and clearer info on whats going on and better treatment.

It’s not sudden, it’s been there for a while. Players also needs to have a bit of responsibility to check the website or forums for any news. You can’t expect them to do everything when they’re pretty much doin’ everything.

Funny how I’ve known about this transfer to regional servers for about three weeks already, and the date got confirmed for almost two weeks before the last day to apply. And you think it wasn’t announced soon enough.

I can’t really think of much more clearer info than official announcements about this matter on the news section and making pinned info threads on forums too. Expecting them to deliver some paper form info letter to every player sounds a bit too much asked to me…

Not everyone reads the forums every day (that includes me), nor should I be obligated to read the forums to be up to date on crucial stuff like this. If I play League of Legends for example, all info I need is in the client on startup, THIS is a good example on how info should be presented. Info like this should be readily available inside game and I should not have to dig through old news messages of bots being banned to find a message about server transfers just because I have been busy the last week. At least a notice giving a warning that time for applications are running out should have been there for those who have been preoccupied or missed the earlier notices.

No need, just read once every two weeks and you’d have been fine. And there’s even no need to crawl up all the way onto forums, just reading the news section would have been enough too.

Really, iirc within the first week of the launch, they told us about possibility of transferring teams into regional servers, and they told us about the possibility of it happening even before the f2p period. At this point any average person would check on the news section at least once a week if there’s been any update about this matter. Since there’s no separate news section in the client, it would be pretty logical to go check the news on the official website, no?

Not everyone have the time, and FYI, we also paid the same thing. where is the fairness? and if you want to say this is ignorance, then they failed to deliver the right service to the customer. Hence, they handling it badly. It’s not customer fault. People still can report to Valvesoftware tho.

Is there any chance to cancel any silvers in the current market?
As my experience on other MMOs like Pandora Saga, Cabal, Granado Espada, and more. Usually they still accept the eligibility to transfer even the items in market still there, but with the loss. The transfer will only transfer listed things, those not listed will be abandoned completely to avoid any further problems. Honestly, if IMC itself can’t accept the eligibility to transfer just because there is one ITEM in market(due to IMC’s itself restriction 48 hours), it’s truly unfair to the customer. My suggestion, just abandoned the silvers/items in the market and proceed the transfer.

Everyone has time, checking the news section wouldn’t even take 5 minutes.

Effort is the only difference.

Telling me that is like telling me I’m not supposed to invest any money into this game and this should just be dead by any time soon. Please think carefully, Money make the game run, EFFORT COME LAST.
