Most important: In case you decide to sell items or do any other activities… …you will need to meet the eligibility requirements listed on our terms and conditions announcement by the end of April 24th.

You should still be able to use the market. But it takes 48 hours to receive silver off the market and sometimes cancelling your item may be delayed/bugged, so keep that in mind.

IMC are extremely clear about making 100% sure you meet the requirements for a smooth transfer, so I wouldn’t push your luck. You can almost definitely survive 2 days without using the market… ~_~

I cant transfer because of that notification i have no character that is a party lead i left the party i was in, logged out and then yeah

@Staff_Julie Hi Staff Julie, wish to seek your help as i can’t proceed on the transfer due to the system can’t detect my team in the Orsha server. which show “You do not have team in the selected server. Please confirm the name of your current server.”

Please add content to Transfer Only DLC mails (already Claim in Server Klaipeda Server but not used or Opened)… Because my character is too far away… i know i must buy Token each month… but that 650 TP can buy 4 month token… so that mean a lot to me…

From last reply of email that i sent to tossupport@imc.co.kr that i must wait until this transfer time… but they didnt inform that all lodge will transfer (that condition my lv still 66)… if inform this, will more logic to leveling 25 to 66 than now 25 to 148 and up… Character at first Klaipeda Server only lv 25, and now At Telsai lv 148… that same Full Support Priest can’t leveling easily…

please help to transfer that token & 650 TP package. really need that badly… Thanks

Second this.

We need IP address to ping. Not all SEA Internet Service Providers peer with each other. I may be in SEA but I might have better ping to Klapedia.

Request for SEA IP address to ping, as aid in server transfer decision making

SEA server will be relocated in Singapore, and will use AWS since the current server using it aswell

So I was testing my ping on AWS singapore servers with http://www.cloudping.info/ at the first week of april and I got 50-120 ms average based on the time of the day,

From the 2nd week onwards up to this date my ping is at a stable 200-230ms on the same Singapore servers :confused:

are there any kind of broken submarine cables right now or something?
If I had 50-120ms back on the first week of april this 200ms cant be permanent right D: ? Just abit worried… lol.

As I understand, if my family will transfer from one server to another, it doesn’t concern my TP points? So if I don’t want lose them, I need to spend them all on transferable items from game shop?

If I delete every character I have on the SEA server and transfer the empty team to Klapedia, will it delete my Klapedia team? I used my DLC package on the SEA server because only that server was open at the time I bought access to the game. Then when I realized the lag was bad, I rolled a team on Klapedia. My TP is still on SEA server unused, I didn’t buy anything with it. Would it be possible to do what I think or would it just delete my team on Klapedia? I’m probably dreaming to think it would just move my TP and not delete anything at all lol. I have opened a ticket about my TP on 10/04/2016 and it remains unanswered…

I have the same feeling as this User. I got anxious and rushed over Klaipeda, but everyone of my friends is playing at Orsha and i don’t want to start all over, and i’m tired of soloing too. Will you(IMC) please consider before april 24 Transfer between Klaipeda and Orsha?

@Edit1: Redeemed the DLC at one character. IF not the entire team, only a character transfer would be good enough… i don’t mind the token time and all, but my TP is all stuck in Klaipeda.
