To be honest, if they do push everything to rely on AAR, each and every single skill. I would like it, because that would bring everything down to be more coherent. It would be less of a mistery how a skill works, and we could simply say “oh, it will hit a minimum of X enemies without gear”, push for falconer as a must, or AAR boosting skills as a must.
Only problem with that, only linker and falconer can reduce AoE def, and AAR buff are non coherent aswell, so far I know of squire and sorcerer.
If I were to examine each tree boosting AAR, then archer has circling, swordsmen have squire, wizard have sorcerer & linker, and cleric have… Do clerics have anything?
Well, if they do push for everything with AAR, atleast there’s going to be a very clear tooltip distinction between single target and AoE skills.
