Falconer Circling BUG/ISSUE

Hi. I invest 5 skills points into Circling skill and i see the skill description give me “AoE attack ratio +5” but when i use the skill and see the buff it said: “AoE attack ratio +3”.
Is a issue/bug only a incorrect buff bonus/effect or is a real bug when you use AoE skills with the bonus only give +3 or +5?

PD. Is my first Archer character.

there are 2 circling
first circling skill add AAR +circling lv
2nd is circling:expand attribute which add AAR+3
so in your case you should get total AAR 5+3
press F1 and check your AOE attack ratio stats before and after circling
