I can’t seem to find anyone ingame who is a Falconer to take 2 seconds out of their time to reply to me:
Falconer “Call” and “Roost” Do you even need them? The Falcon seems to follow the player normally so outside of Calls attribute for free items do you actuaally NEED those skills?
Surely it can do all its effects whilst it follows you normally or can you not even get the Falcon to spawn without call?
falcon follow you until you use any skill with him.
after he leave and u need call to use falcon again.
roost make the falcon to stay for a duration.
without call u cannot use any skill
Yep yep I (Finally) got someone ingame to tell me and then saw this after dinner.
Its funny on most classes with the free point you get after changing you can go for your best farm skill and off you go!
With Falconer you can put that free point in call or roost and no damage or utility is really gained, or you can put your point in a damage or utility spell cast it once and then… you need another class level before you can do anything 
It doesnt take to long to get another class level so theres np.
