One more question >.> sonic strike, or any falcon attacks, the damage is based on what? Does the status of falcon itself increase the skill dmg as well?
Iâve since come to the mindset that it might function this way, but I havenât seen evidence for it yet.
One thing Iâm certain about is that it will proc damage replication on bleeding ticks as bleeding is considered Strike damage by the game. This means Fletcher Broadhead will certainly benefit from it even if all [missile] type attacks donât proc the effect.
Very interested in seeing anything from ktos with something that actually confirms missiles can duplicate if anyone has seen it. Iâve actually only seen a video showing Caltrops so far, but I guess I havenât looked very hard.
Hovering scales to your damage, sonic strike I believe it does the same since if you equip a 2h bow it deals double damage vs flyers.
@Awoooo Hopefully it works like that, and replicating bleeding from a fletchers sounds like an amazing way to increase the group dps. Hopefully somebody uploads a video showing how that attribute works.
If R9 come out with pretty strong class(C1). Falconer C3 will be the one of best class.
I hope they wont end like corsair 3 though IMC is the God of Trolling.
I think every pet (dog, and bird) have AoE attack ratio of 3-4, so you should be able to hit multiple enemies.
Bleeding of broadhead is strike damage. Mine deals bonus damage on golem at siaulai and mineloader, they are Plate armour.
I believe every [missile] attack has a secondary property, i.e. [Missile] - [Strike], [Missile] - [Pierce]. I hope they will be affected by Circling.
Example of missile strike is Reiter retreat shot, it wonât get [strike] mechanics however it will be buffed by Wizard lethargy, hunter snatching, and other Strike debuffs/modifiers.
Most missile skills are [Missile] - [Pierce] though.
I havenât seen any [missile] - [Slash] yet.
And wugu poison is [missile] - [physical] - [Poison].
Snatching, retrieve and coursing are physical oddly enough since they scale directly to your stats it seems like instead of making the source of the attack the companion, itâs like the companion is the courier to deliver that attack on behalf of the archer as evidenced by beign frozen by sub zero shield.
Anyway, since youâre the man that understands korean, has anything been mentioned about this attribute and its interactions? if looking around you stumble with some hint be so kind as to relay it to us, please.
Snatching attribute debuff is a nice increase to strike/slash damage on flying enemies/boss.
I know, all hunter pet attacks are [strike], right?
I saw one Hunter complaint thread, and some falcon threads, I have posted those falcon images in this thread.
The thread popularity
QS > Mergen/Reiter > Hakka > general â archer â > others > hunter , falcon.
Woah right behind uncategorized category, hunters and falconer need some love by the communityâŚ
Thanks for your contribution.
So so, falcon damage is not affected by its own status at all? I mean if you cancel your ground companion, you can actually train your falcon status. Companion attack stat will increase falcon skill damage?
This is also a question i wanna ask
Is there any falcon skill scales with pet stats ?
1 friend said sonic strike scale with pet stats =o
No, sonic strike doesnât scale. I thought this too however I was corrected.
Itâs a fake multi-hit too.
I knew its a fake multihit⌠lol⌠so its totally based on player stats. Btw, really last question, does the sonic strike crit? I not really paying attention on seeing any video shows sonic strike deal yellow damage lol. Falconer video is really lessâŚ
The user of this video says the falcon companion stat does apply, though I am unsure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9S3oRBDxjag&feature=youtu.be
Hey man, just wondering if you have any idea whether that video (falconer in TBL) is recorded after the delay hotfix? Because the first strike proc is still very rare in that video. Thanks for being so helpful.
Also, can anyone pls explain to me what a âhitboxâ actually does?
Hitbox means how big is the size of mob can be hitted⌠hmmm
lets say
xxx
xox
xxx
o is the mob, x is the actual hitbox, means as long as your skill touch x, you hit o.
If you want to ask about Aiming, it makes something like this
xxx
xox
xxx
to
xxxxx
xxxxx
xxoxx
xxxxx
xxxxx
=.= Understand? I am lazy to draw a diagram.
The video is AFTER the fix to the delay.
I think the falcon still needs time to think before it hits.
Hitbox means : size.
Bigger size = easier to hit.
Wow tht was a new way of learning things xD
1st ive seen some1 draw like tht but its really easy to understand o.o
And wow aiming is really useful o.o , i can attack from even a distance now o_o
Hmmm what does fake multi hit means ? i dont understand this o.o
Fake multi-hit means bonus damage is not applied multiple times.
For example 2 hits = 2x bonus damage.
But fake 2-hit = only 1x bonus damage.
Example is arde dagger bonus damage, or manamana bonus damage, and your Physical attack.
Sonic strike shows 6 hits, but it is only 1-hit.
Falcon hovering is known now:
Falconer - Hovering : âAngry Video Game Birdâ
The hawk not coming back to when using the skill âHoveringâ
