He was spamming earlier and couldn’t type right, if that’s a real GM they need to:
- hire GMs that can type right
- find a way to make GMs look official because right now they look like any other player, name-wise, a [GM] tag isn’t enough, anyone could have named themselves that
I am wondering why the said GM don’t use the global announcement messages (the big gold ones) to talk instead of shout, it makes even more suspicious.
Every other mmo i played the GM use the system announcement chat (if its called like that).

they actually do that when they have to announce something… in fact i appreciate the GMs using the global chat like eeryone else cause that simple thing actually makes them feel closer to the players… the VERY few times they’re around xD
Just like in CBT1,2 they only use global announcement for something important.
[GM] Durian is a name that have been used since CBT, and normal players can’t create a character with " " in name.
Also, i don’t know if there is anyone can exploit abou the team name and create a character with that name.

I get your point, but still lift some doubts about it, well, at least it was confirmed he is GM, i think when the GM use the Shout or any other chat the color should be different, or his/her team name should come with a special character that the normal players can’t get. It would avoid confusion like this one.
I asked Julie some time earlier and that was the reply I’ve got.

I thought normal player can’t use [] in name so it’s pretty obvious?
GMs should have different name color.

If the GM are playing, they should be a FULLRAID boss in a dungeon (with extreme dificulty), if we defeat them they must hear our wish and make it happens on the game LOOL
If that’s a real GM then yes, they really need a way to look more official. Right now they just look like regular players.
