Staff aren’t devs people, they can only do reports and almost 0 programming skills that’ll work on ToS’s dinosaur engine no modern man cares about.

to be fair the regional servers were highly demanded by players back then, it wasn’t imcs original idea 
I wonder if the issue is that they don’t know how to merge or they don’t want to do it cause they would have to manually transfer all the teams from one to another like in case of transfers

It causes the most problems with buying TP and I’m sure they don’t want to hand copy and paste accounts again.

To sidestep regional TP pricing they just need to merge queues globally but then we have peeps crying about ping.

They probably won’t make any urgent/second week maintenance, so it seems we will have to wait until next maintenance and pray that imc fix this failed hell (and don’t bring anything worse).
