Just noticed that a lot of the low-level areas are starting to become abandoned. Why not encourage the highbies to experiment with new characters by giving them rewards?

New buff-giving NPC: the Revelator Statue
*Each character in your team with an unlocked circle (i.e. Archer 1, Archer 2, Archer 3, Quarrel Shooter 1, Quarrel Shooter 2, etc.) grants one selectable buff from the Revelator Statue. Each character can have one ‘circle’ buff for every 50 levels. This means a level 200 character will be able to work with 4 buffs of their choosing.
Here’s a couple suggestions off the top of my mind:
- Archer 1 - +5% evade
- Archer 2 - +5% crit rate
- Archer 3 - +5% physical damage
- Quarrel Shooter 1 - 5% change of dropping a level 1 caltrop when struck
- Quarrel Shooter 2 - +5% chance of dealing 100% of your physical attack damage with each basic attack
- Quarrel Shooter 3 - +1% chance of activating a level 1 Rapid Fire with each basic attack. if Rapid Fire is active, its duration is instead refreshed
- Dievdirby 1 - Deal 10% extra physical/magical damage against plant-type monsters
- Dievdirby 2 - Decreases the SP cost of skills by 10%, with a minimum reduction of 4. SP recovery time decreases by 1 second.
- Dievdirby 3 - Decrease the cooldown of skills by 10%, with a minimum cooldown reduction of 1 second.
- Sadhu 1 - Basic attacks deal 10% of your INT as magic damage
- Sadhu 2 - Increase your evasion by 50%. The next dodge will negate the bonus for 15 seconds.
- Sadhu 3 - Whenever you die, your HP is instead reduced to 1. You are paralyzed, cannot be healed, and become invulnerable for 10 seconds. During this time, you will automatically cast Out of Body level 1. You cannot cast any skills (even if you are a Sadhu) and can only use basic attacks. Once the ten seconds are up, your HP is reduced to zero and you die.
- Peltasta 1 - HP recovery speed is increased by 300% when resting beside a bonfire
- Peltasta 2 - when a shield is equipped, your attacks generate two times more threat
- Peltasta 3 - when a shield is equipped, each 10% of missing HP increases block by 20 (e.g. 50% missing health, +100 block rate; 80% missing health, +160 block rate)
- Rodolero 1 - when a shield and melee weapon (sword/1hspear,rapier etc.) is equipped, have a 5% chance of stunning your target for 5 seconds with all attacks. Boss monsters are stunned for 2.5 seconds.
- Rodolero 2 - when a shield and melee weapon is equipped, increase your physical attack by 100% of your shield’s defense rating. Also deal 10% more damage with skills.
- Rodolero 3 - when a shield and melee weapon is equipped, your attacks reduce a target’s movement speed by 5 for 1.5 seconds. Does not work against Large or Boss-type monsters.
- Necromancer 1 - 5% chance of raising a skeleton every time you use a skill or spell. the skeleton summoned is 5 levels below you.
- Necromancer 2 - whenever you die, all hostile targets within a 50-foot radius will be afflicted by Decay, receiving additional missile attack damage, for 10 seconds.
Other circles will have similarly buffs that are in line with their properties.
