Exp rates and more freedom (Idea)

What I want to share with you is an idea i have that might possibly give us more freedom when it comes to grinding and leveling up. When it comes to gaining exp from monsters, ToS is similar to other MMOs:
-Killing monsters of aproximatelly your level gives a set amound of exp
-Killing monsters much lower or higher level than yours gives much less exp
In my opinion it would be a great addition to the game if monsters were always giving a set amound of exp, instead of granting exp depending on the level difference. This way players could have choice: ‘‘Do I want to grind endlessly monsters of my level, or do I want to team up with others and try take down some 40 level higher monsters and level up much quicker?’’

Pros:
-More possibilities,more choices, more freedom
-Less people grinding in the same spots at the same time

Cons:
-Change of Exp Charts
-High level players helping low level players ‘‘Power Level’’

While the first con is unavoidable were this idea come to fruition, the second con can be avoided by adding a system that tracks what level are the players that are attacking a monster, so for example:
If a lv100 monster is killed by a lv100 player and that player is in the same party with a lv30 player, the lv30 player gets no exp.
If a lv100 player damages a monster and then that monster is killed by a lv30 player, that player gets no exp.
I believe this is a good idea since it adds the ‘‘high risk, high reward’’ theory to the game. Someone who decides to farm on significantly powerful monsters must accept the fact that he is in a very high risk of dying.
And as you probably all know reviving on the spot costs iCoins which i assume is the CashShop currency of ToS.
This may be a good way for the developers to make extra money, because lets be real, there are lots of people willing to pay for the convinience. (Currently the only way to die is to afk in the middle of a field filled with monsters, or take agro from at least 5 archer type monsters that are 10 lvls higher than you )
I guess that sum ups what i have in mind and even though it has its flaws and it probably wont be impemented, i still wanted to share it
