Like the title says, I think that with one or both of these changes the Exchange Shop would finally be on-par more or less with the old TP market system when it comes to purchasing costumes. Since TP was accessable from any account, I used to be able to just buy whatever costume I wanted for a particular character, on that character.
With the new system, the Medals are stuck on a single character and cannot be moved. Also, while costumes are tradable with other characters, including between my own, it’s pointless when I cannot actually BUY a costume for another character of a different class. (Don’t know if the gender also restricts it, but if so, that’s also as much a problem.)
Specifically, I have all of my exchange medals on my female archer, but with the new Exchange Store I cannot buy the Orsha Soldier costume for my female swordsman character.
Currently, the only way I could actually get the costume would be to hope that someone has the opposite situation of mine, where they want a female archer costume but have all their medals on a female swordsman, and try to trade costumes with them. The odds of that are pretty darn low.
So IMC, please consider allowing Exchange Medals to be traded between characters via Team Storage, or allowing people to purchase any TP/Medal costume regardless of gender or class.
