I did contact admins as well yesterday and haven’t got any answers. I am from Ukraine too. There are no local publishers for Ukraine nor for Russia. This is just lies about unlimited beta testers. They have to limit them because of numbers of people obvious.
Я пытался написать админам, но меня проигнорили. Не для Украины, не для Рашки никаких локал паблишеров нет. Просто ложь про неограниченое количество тестеров. Им придется ограничить число потому что слишком много желающих, очевидно.
