Is a toy hammer worth buying if im a 100con int dump chap going c2 cleric PD that likes to solo?
I currently sport some random cheapo mace and a five hammer for mobbing. Is toy hammer worthy of being my arsenal. Or just go for better weapon like magas rod or catacomb club? Between magas rod, ignition and catacomb club which is better?

Oh, certainly. I used Toy Hammer and Cafrisun until rank 7. 
I can’t say anything about toy hammer, but about those other three weapons you mentioned:
Ignition is by far the worst one of those three without counting the burn, I don’t know if valueing a proc too much is good.
As for damage comparison Cata Club vs Maga Rod.
With cafrisun: Maga Rod is slightly stronger than Cata Club with 0% Aspersion Attribute Damage -> Cata Club gets better the higher your Attribute is.
Without cafrisun: Cata Club is just better.
If we look at both weapons at +15 Maga Rod outperforms Cata Club again slightly
