Enhancing subweapons? Also, how do muskets work?

Just got my manamana recently and wondering if there’s any point investing any amount of silver into enhancing it? I’m guessing not but figured I would ask.

My other question is about muskets. I keep mine in the swap spot and it gets whipped out when I cast musket skills. I’m assuming that for those skills like snipe, etc. it’s using whatever stats are on my musket and my mainhand and offhand that are being swapped from have no interaction. In that case, I’m guessing to improve my musket skill damage I should be enhancing my muskets and gemming them with green gems as well right?

Offhand damage is completely ignored and just stats are added (this is why Arde +fire elemental damage, and Mana Mana +lightning damage are popular).

Yes, if a skill uses the musket, it will use its stats. If you decide to invest heavily, keep in mind the 99,999 damage cap. Musket skills have % multiplier.

enhance sub weapon only benefits for those whose skills require sub weapon base dmg.
in your case upgrade manamana only benefit you if you’re SR
