There are only 2 scrolls that i think are worth using. Enchant fire scrolls and pole of agony scrolls.
Enchantfire is good for classes that rely on AA. These include SRs, Bullet markers and kriv3 priest3 chap inquisitors.
You can use PoA yourself twice to increase dps on bosses.

Please consider IMC coding. Thereās a chance that if you have that attribute, it might not check whether you used a Cryomancer skill or not, and just check if the freeze effect was originated by yourself.
Now consider this card:
Froster Lord card (red): your attacks have a (STAR/2)% chance to inflict Freeze on the enemy for 4s.
If only someone could test to confirm this. We would need a Cryomancer > Elementalist, Elementalist can use Hail (with attribute) to freeze mobs and Electrocute to compare the damage.
It could be worth to put Cryo 1 in Enchanter build just to get the attribute, if it worked like that, since youād be auto attacking most of the time. Too that bad the reset event already ended.

-agility will give 1% dodge per lvl at 100 sta. this dodge is independent of your āevasionā stat. actually decent if your build has link3 lifeline for ally CON -> sta (which you SHOULD if you arent some scroll/shopslave)
-empowering lets you enter dungeons early. ?leeching service anyone? wonāt work for queing up. upcoming buff makes it give you damage or something via lvl increase. there are some cards that give %maxsp regen, but maxsp still seems useless.
-spell scrolls other than lvl1 cost waaaay to damn much and are trash 
-enchant armorā¦ a game that encourages slave charactersā¦
anyone had this problem where you canāt cast skill version of pole of agony after using a scroll version of it? and have to relog just to reset it?
