Emmet Forest lift bugged

Bug Description : Trying to complete the map exploration of Emmet Forest, however the lift located at lower part of Tedhalai stream is bugged, it wont let me get on it. My character seems to go through the lift no matter how many times I tried to jump on it. Instead of getting on top of the platform, the character just past over it.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to Emmet Forest.
  2. Go to Tedhalai stream, lower part of it.
  3. Try to get onto the lift.
  4. Instead of getting on top of the lift, the character goes throught it.

Its working fine for me.

try go around 12pm-1pm (gmt+8) or 12am-1am server time. I get tru just fine during that hour
