Dungeons rewards mechanic

Maybe I am only a noob or a player with two left hands, but I have recently lost 2 rewards from the 115 dungeon just for die when the boss was below 10% life and any party member has res. I tried to run to the goal but the time was not enough to arrive.

My point is, don’t you think the rewards from dungeon should go directly to your inventory instead of need to pick it up? I think everybody deserves to have their rewards after completing a whole dungeon…

That is solved by giving the box directly to the inventory of who did any DMG to the boss.

They could just slap the boss and proceed to AFK again, now you could say that they should alteast do x% damage, but then what happens when theres an uber god DPS in your party and the poor FS can’t keep up with the DPS.

The solution to your problem is actually very simple,
don’t die.

if you happen to die during a boss fight, use a TP soulstone if the boss is about to die. If you die at other times, you can wait to be ressurected by a priest or run back.

So, what about support characters, who don’t deal damage on the boss?
Forcing them to attack the boss when what they want is supporting feels kinda cheap and if the support chars have too much to do and forget to deal damage on the boss they shouldn’t get loot? Doesn’t sound right to me.

Ok, for all of you saying that I should simply don’t die, THANKS, I had never thought it…

About using a soul stone, the problem comes if you don’t have one in that moment, if I had one I would have used it.

And for the most productive contribution about the game mechanics, I think you are right, you can not give it directly to the players since it is a different mechanic, and you can not give it for a damage % since supports won’t gain any rewards.

So, I have think that it could be easier if the game simply let you stay in the dungeon for a longer time after killing the boss and leave the dungeon when you are ready. Don’t you think this could be easier and better?

Again, reaaally helpfull, probably nobody has never thought about avoid dying, but sometimes the stars line up and al this 3 simple steps fail one after another and you are screwed up. For this rare moments when the luck (and probably your poor ability) has left you, I suggest to increase the time standing inside the dungeon after killing the boss and add the option to leave the dungeon whenever you want.

Why don’t you just buy res stones with your free tp every once in a while, then you can res in emergency situations.

I don’t think the rewards from dungeon should should go directly to your inventory. You should not be rewarded for losing.

This also opens the game up to afk abuse. Like i could see players running to the boss and dieing then letting the other players complete the dungeon.

Maybe you all are right. Probably I do not have think enough in all that people that could try to get advantage from other people work because I do not like to do that kind of things. If your gonna let other people make the work, why are you playing? If you want to see characters moving just watch any gameplay at youtube XD
