Dungeon Boss Cubes

I’m not usually one to complain, however it seems dungeon boss cubes are next to useless. Most of the time all you ever get is Talt. Which honestly is not a very good “dungeon” reward for killing the boss. I know you also have a chance at the boss card dropping and equipment however these chances are so low they may as well be almost non existent for the gear drop.

My complaint is that there doesn’t feel like there’s any reward other then the exp to even do the dungeons. So why doesn’t IMC at least increase the gear drop chance from the cubes to make them worth while. IMC can also put other gear in said cube chance. Other then a weapon or dagger they could put in say a ring, necklace, pants, chest, feet, and hands chance of drop. Making at least running the dungeon worth it to try and collect gear as opposed to getting nothing besides Talt.

Talt is very important. Its one of the only ways to trade currency, keep your talt its very important later when you are trying to buy big recipes/items.

Oh I know what Talt is used for since as you mentioned it is one of the only ways / safe ways to trade for large recipe items and such. However that doesn’t mean it’s a very good reward for a dungeon clear. Honestly I’d rather have the equipment drop rate increased then get talt 39 times out of my 37 dungeon runs I’ve done so far. The other two times I got the shadowgaler card from the very first dungeon. haven’t received anything other then talt since from any other dungeon. It is extremely off putting to me that the drop chance for anything is low is all. Just makes running a dungeon useless except for exp imo.

Dungeons must be renamed to Talt farming zones.

I received Arder Dagger on my first try in the 90+ Dungeon. Don’t know what are you complaining!

BTW how much is the shadow galer card? I have a lot of talts too! If i have like 100 talts how much would it be? :stuck_out_tongue:

Welcome to eastern mmo with 1% drop rates

You got very lucky with the arde dagger on the first try. And shadowgaler card is useless. Doesn’t sell for anything so may as well use it for gem exp lol.

And ya… eastern MMO with a 1% drop chance needs to be increased to at least a 10% drop chance.

everything but the lvl 200 dungeon cubes… those are more like 10% ~ 15%

I think its because past 200 the items you get from dungeons are untradable so they have higher chance

I’d like to see a lot less talt too.

In fact I’d like to see un-tradeable versions of items appear at around 10%+ frequency in all cubes but the tradeable version to remain as low as it currently is.

I mean wouldn’t that fix the problem? The situation is that right now you can run a dungeon for a month straight (3x entries a day) and still get nothing but talt or a card. In even one week you’ll be so far out-leveled for the dungeon that the drops themselves won’t matter much anymore. Everyone should be able to get the items they need within a few days of running the dungeon; whether or not they can actually make a profit from it should be something else entirely.

Yeah, in that system, the price of the tradeable version may drop a bit, but, not entirely since you cannot use team storage to move un-tradeable items. Meaning if you get your un-tradeable version of say Arde Dagger it won’t help your other characters since it will be bound to the character who found it. You’d still want a tradeable version to swap between characters that are just hitting 75, and so that your over leveled character doesn’t have to go re-farm the dungeon just to get his own bound version after a few days of giving up higher dungeon runs.

With this the user will enjoy more rewarding runs and a lot less talty flavor left in their mouth.

Adding non-tradable versions of weapons and armor to dungeon boss cubes with >5% frequency sounds like a good idea. You create more incentive to run dungeons, maybe feel more accomplished with your character, and maybe dissuade some players from using RMT to acquire these items. Theres a lot of maybes but its still a closed system.

lol, if only it were that high.
