well no what i mean is the complete exact records.
kill # 2345465: no drop
kill # 2345466: no drop
kill # 2345467: no drop
kill # 2345468: no drop
kill # 2345469: no drop
kill # 2345470: no drop
kill # 2345471: no drop
kill # 2345472: Crystal Spider Crystal
kill # 2345473: no drop
[etc]

and then if it appears exactly every 500 kills then it’s clearly DPK
if there are always at least 350 kills, and at most 650 kills between drops, then it’s maybe DPK with a +/- 150 randomizer… (350+ (random: 0-300))
if it’s anything from 1-several hundreds or more… it’s almost certainly just random.

would still be pointless. Because you could always get that item by its natural drop chance. DPK system as it was described only increases that natural chance with each kill, it is not the exclusive system that guarantees drop every set amount of kills.

There is no way to prove its existence. Any attempt to do so will only show item’s average drop rate.

Farming mobs for an item with a low drop rate?

Find a thaum then bribe him to hang out for a few minutes, turning your mobs into Attack on Titan.

I sometimes do it for free when I’m waiting for attributes to cook. I’ll go to the Panto area by the church, where the noobs are always farming for horns, and make it rain.

No DRG for party, camp spot site with 30 dmg, but is it for 20 like 30
dmg when you no hit be it for dd, for 30 dmg instead? or half is 10 for

When I was farming for mithril ore from Egnomes in Tenet Church 2f I found that I could kill pretty much everything on the floor before more Egnomes would spawn.

In doing this I was getting a ton of equipment drops from the other monsters in the area (something like 20-25 drops per hour or so) and if the (?%) drop chance from the item data base really just meant that the drop rate was super low or that enough of the mobs hadn’t been killed then there is absolutely no reason why I would have been getting so many.

Tenet Church 2f is a level 50 area and a very popular farming/leveling spot, which means there should be more than plenty enough data to reasonably determine actual drop rates considering how often they were dropping for me. In 5 hours of farming I had something like 100+ pieces of ultimately worthless equipment drops. The mithril ore however only dropped once. I stayed in the same channel the whole time, I was not channel hopping. I went to repair about once every hour.

I have farmed about 5 mithril ore total and it really does feel like a random drop and a very low chance one at that. The equipment however was definitely dropping WAY more often than it should if the (?%) chance in the item data base really just simply means either not enough data or low drop chance. This to me would suggest a some kind of dpk system at least for equipment.
