I’d really have to see all skill animations and just how much the new ones can go through in 5v5 before calling one a winner. There’s no purpose for lancer if goon2 is better at pvp but 16k damage is huge if you can land it.

Like i said, lancer is anti magic anti mount anti shield, dragoon2 is anti lancer lol.
But put them on the same team and you would rip through all.
Put cryo3 kino3 and wiz3 ele3 WL on the same team and it just rapes.
Im not saying dgoon2 is better at PvP. They are both good in their own ways.
Just realized something about dragoon.
It’s actually a melee range hybrid swordsman. We already got 2 ranged skills now at c2. Gae ■■■■■■■ bolg and Dethrone.
It’s disappointing that gae bolg sucks but it is still ranged. Which bodes well for maybe a gae bolg buff at c3 and maybe another ranged skill at c3.
He is kinda like Fate/Stay Night’s Archer and Lancer: both primarily use melee attacks, but their killer moves are all ranged.
Also what I’m concerned about is whether Dethrone can hit cryo3’s subzero shield without being frozen. Considering it’s a ranged skill and all it shouldn’t.
i’m more worried about the wide ratio of the skill, because if it is small, will be fair harder to aim outside of the start of the match , where the player is going foward, or the skills have a auto aim?

in terms of dps…hop3/doppel/goon or hop2/corsair2/goon does more dmg? if for bossing?

first build but the second build is nice as well, if you like pvp the second one is better , but since you have ask for DPS, pick the hop3 doppel one.
May i ask why would dopple do more dmg? deeds of valor only boost atk stat right? and not skill damage?
the first build have a better toolkit of aoe damage with cyclone, plus dov, and no Dov does not boost only atk stat, it boost the atk from lvl + atk given from str and so on, and every skill who uses your p.atk would gain from it, and since dragon plus hoplite have many multihit skills from 5 hits to 10+ with stabbing , the bonus from dov is huge at the current stage of the game even at lvl 5 alone, the rest would be the new buffed spear throw plus the extra finestra, where in the second build you will have “only” hexen dropper in damage aspect that is of any value, but hexen alone would not surpass the damage given by doppel1, and like i said, you have ask for the best dps, corsair 2 would offer a lot of utility with flag, plus the pvp with hook, but in damage would still losses for the hop3dopel.

i think that right now, corsair2 have a better future than doppel hop3, since pvp is a fair nice thing to do, and even at 330 you will want to do it sometimes, but you will be sacrificing a small portion of the damage you could have, but i would do it i think, in the past i would choice the petalhop3doppel, but now with pvp and rank 8 around the corner, i think that i would go with corsair2 one, for the pvp utility since it seems that the damage from earlier ranks will fall at later skills, so pvp utility would be better for me at least but be aware, that if you go for corsair2, you will have do swap weapon, or choice a good one hand spear, since you can not use hexen dropper with 2hand and so on.
Cor2 dragoon might actually be really scary in PvP. Cuz when they range hook you, you might have to just eat all 3 dethrones lol.
But yea, you lose some you win some.
The first one is better due to hop 3 giving you the possibility to spam spear throw while all other stuff is on CD. Beware, spear throw locks you in place, you should spam it with caution.

Am I the only who thinks that Corsair 2 > Goon has better DPS than Hop 3 > Dop > Goon? 100% damage boosted Hexen Dropper by Serpentine is not to be underestimated imo.

but really, not joking, spear build is getting so much while sword build is getting sht
i’m getting tired of this, really. Random changes alredy made me reroll 2 high levels and i’m going like 1lvl/day cus i can’t stand all the same quests again, and theres no one to do dungeon or missions to speed up leveling.
