Dragoon circle 1 skills feels weak compared to lower class ranks. Just turned into circle 1 recently. Just my feedback for now.
Dragoon will be buffed pretty soon, so your impression may change. However, swordsman and archer are heavily weapon dependant, different than wizard and cleric that can do some damage with not so good equips.
