Nope. That’s why almost no one includes both Cata and Doppel in the same build. They are not really compatible and not only in Cyclone.
Then what would you propose for a tank swordy with good damage potential? Im going to be playing with my lady who will provide some basic heals and damage from cleric.
I guess the best tank would be something like sword 1 - pelt 1 - high 3 - fencer 2, due to massive evasion bonuses right? Would I have enough damage with that? Or should it be hoplite 3 then?

I can offer two builds for you:
Sword - Pelta - Hoplite3 - Doppel - Dragoon
Off-tank, good damage and critical rate. Excellent DPS comes with Doppel, which will give you AoE and strong Attack buff and Dragoon, whose skills are all multihit, except Gae, which has high burst.
Sword - Pelta2 - Rode2 - Fencer2
Probably the best tank in the game, gains ton of Defence and Block, gains magic tanking and CC, can dish good damage with Fencer on top of gaining more Evasion and Block with skills.
If you insist on being Cata, then:
Sword - Pelta2 - Cata3 - Dragoon
Highest mobility in the game, good in PvP, nice AoE damage. And good Defence and Block too, since you have Pelta. Don’t invest too much in High Guard, though.
You may struggle with Pelta at first.

This is a PvE build. If you want Doppel for PvP, then Sword3 - High - Corsair - Doppel.
You can snunlock people with Restraint and Cyclone, use Double Slash for damage, Hook with Corsair. High will give you CC and better mastery with 2H.
There is also this for PvP, which can be used for PvE:
Sword - High3 - Corsair - Doppel2.
@Autentist so Sword - Pelta - High3 - Doppel 2 is pve which im fine with but how would the skill tree look like and the stat allocation?

Other question is about STR ou DEX i now whith DEX i have more chance for dodge and this is important i think because we soo close and damage is almoust total in class 2h sword. And STR is good and phisical damage is clear… but i just i don’t no… you can help and explain for us…? Thanks again.

And i carry 2h sword too, and change for one hand and shield if necessary more defense.
I don’t say about cross defense because some people say this not soo god if compare pelta defense. Because that i put pelta in this tree.
And i think some times just cross defense is soo good if put full defense in here… what you think about this skill is a good or no?

You better get Dragoon OR Shinobi instead of Doppel then.

I have been reading your guide and this post
I had decided to go Swordman c3 - Highlander c1 - corsair c1 - doppel c2
But now im hesitating i’m in the level range 30-40 at the moment and Swordman c2.
I’m scared Swordman c3 will put me too far behind in PvE in terms of damage, i dont wanna be the crippled kid that needs a party to survive lol.( gung ho falls off late game)
I’m aware i wont be able to tank and ill have to reroll another swordman to assume a tanking position. I just wanna know how well they do in PvE.
Feel free to refer me to another build that has corsair in it because i dont wanna pass on the hook for PvP.
Also if you have a good Tank/PvP/decent farming build id be very interested.

What makes highlander better than barb?
Why’s that? Honest question, I’m new to the game.
Also, isn’t Barbarian C3 any good instead of Highlander? Asking because I’ve seen a lot of guides that recommend that build.
