Does this build suck?

I played in the closed beta and did something wacky and went A1>R3>Rogue2 lol

so i did a lot of reading i really like the AA builds but the aoe seems to lack
A1>QS3>A2>Falc1>C1
Is this build good? i guess it would be high strength

My second thought build would be
A1->R1>A2>R2>Falc1>C1
With the build in the topic i was thinking of High dex like 3:1 dex:str

How good is Ranger now compared to closed beta?
Do i need Ranger 3 if i can get Fletcher 1? A2>R2>Fletcher1> Falconer>Cannon?

The first build looka good.

Fletcher c1 sucks for me. You should get it C3 or none.
